4media group is a fast-growing strategic integrated communications agency. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Insights Coordinator for our Atomik Research team.

Reports to: VP, Insights & Analytics

The Insights Coordinator role seeks to ensure smooth and cost-effective delivery of survey research for our clients. You’ll work as part of a focused team, providing survey research support and overseeing project management duties across all phases of the survey research process.

Familiarity with online surveys, survey design/methodologies and other quantitative research approaches is helpful, but not mandatory. Knowledge and proficiency in writing – particularly in Associated Press (AP) Style – is desired in addition to excellent organizational and interpersonal communications skills. The ideal Insights Coordinator is meticulous, motivated, energetic, confident and intellectually curious.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the management of the survey research workflow process of multiple PR survey projects and function as the subject matter expert (SME) for these surveys.
  • Serve as the client-facing project manager for your assigned projects. It’s essential that you’ll regularly, proactively and responsively communicate with the client, plus any internal team members as necessary.
  • Take the lead in defining survey project scopes and recommended survey approaches/products, including offering strategic advice grounded in best practices.
  • Secure details on survey panel sample requests (definitions, feasibility, pricing, etc.) via Atomik’s trusted survey panel providers/vendors (through use of online marketplace platforms).
  • Employ and maintain survey research best practices for all projects.
  • Maintain survey project timelines and proactively offer guidance on any necessary adjustments/edits throughout the survey project process.
  • Assist with survey questionnaire design.
  • Program/script questionnaires into online survey platform and monitor completions and data integrity throughout survey fielding.
  • Manage, cleanse and analyze survey data and develop survey results reports in accordance with individual project details.
  • Ensure and maintain quality of all end deliverables to clients, including all data and any form of reports associated with individual project scopes/details.
  • Assist as needed in the development of consumer, market and industry research in support of marketing communications and/or brand positioning efforts for Atomik Research and 4media group alike.
  • Help manage and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Support the strategic planning process for new business opportunities.
  • Be a positive and forward-thinking influence within the company.
  • Other duties as directed.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Research, Analytics, Media Studies, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or similar area of study.
  • High proficiency in Excel is required. Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook) is important. Knowledge of or experience in Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms is valuable.
  • Knowledge of or experience in online survey delivery platforms is valuable.

  • Familiarity with marketing communications concepts and practical experience in the applications of those concepts.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to new systems/platforms quickly.
